Furuno NavNet 3D
NavNet 3D is a redesigned navigation suite
that is component based. The brains of the
system are based in its multifunction display
(MFD) units. You can choose from an 8. 4
inch, 12.1 inch or Black Box MFD, depending on your vessel size and need. You can
add a variety of components, such as the
Ultra High Definition (UHD) Digital Radar
Sensor, Furuno Digital Filter (FDF) Fish
Finder, Sirius Satellite Weather Receiver,
GPS/WAAS Receiver, Autopilot, AIS
Receiver, Digital Instruments, IP Cameras
and more.
Boaters can choose from preloaded raster,
vector and bathymetric official NOAA charts
for the entire US coastline. The chartplotter
displays either chart format in 2D or 3D.
Furuno’s TimeZero technology enables
instant, real and seamless chart redraw with
no waiting. The chart can be zoomed seamlessly and continuously in and out to whatever chart scale is desired, instead of limiting
the fixed range scales. You can also pan and
scroll around the chart in real-time, allowing
you the freedom to explore your charts.
Then, with a push of a button, you are
instantly returned to your own vessel’s position.
Navigating with confidence
